The "transforming consumption-production systems toward just and sustainable futures" conference runs from July 5 to 8 in Wageningen. Sytra will give a presentation on the protein transition and share partial results of a systematic review on the protein transition.

Pesticides are widely used in agricultural systems. In collaboration with the BASIC team in Paris, we published the first assessment of the cost of pesticide use for the budget of the French state. A scientific paper published in Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems (open access)
