Drawing on findings from various research projects carried out by Sytra, this brochure provides an overview of the Walloon agricultural system and its impacts, and sets out various scenarios for the system’s future development by 2035.

The Sytra brochure “Agricultures wallonnes : diagnostic & trajectoires. État des lieux et scénarios pour 2035” aims to highlight the diversity of crops, production methods and impacts of the Walloon agricultural system.
Structured in three parts, it presents up-to-date information on the characteristics of the Walloon agricultural system (PART 1 | ÉTATS DES LIEUX) and its impacts (PART 2 | IMPACTS), and encourages reflection on its prospects for development between now and 2035 through the presentation of prospective scenarios (PART 3 | FUTURS POSSIBLES).
Through this document, we hope to provide guidance to those working towards the sustainable transition of the Walloon agricultural system.
