Several members of Sytra – UCLouvain will take part in the workshop “Pathways to Climate-Resilient Agri-Food Systems in Belgium”, organized by the Belgian Climate Centre on Tuesday, 9 December.

🌱 Session: Crop–livestock systems and the protein transition
We are delighted that Philippe Baret will chair this session, which will feature presentations from:

• Erik Mathijs (KU Leuven) – Reconfiguration dynamics and policy mix design for the protein transition (Slides here) 
• Océane Duluins (UCLouvain / Sytra) – The contested futures of livestock farming in the context of the protein transition: a variety of options in a multidimensional system (Slides here)
• Louis Tessier (ILVO) – Nitrogen policy as climate policy (Slides here)

  💬 The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion with:
  Hilde Muylle (ILVO), Natacha Zuinen (SPW) and Enrico Roets (UAntwerpen).
