his study provides an overview of the Walloon potato sector, highlighting the diversity of production systems and the components of downstream flows.
In a second step, it presents a comparison of different prospective scenarios.
This study was carried out in an iterative and participatory manner. It is based on the literature, available statistical data, and the knowledge of experts in the sector provided during individual interviews and collective focus group discussions.
The results of the study are presented in more detail in the attached documents (in French).
