Get here by train (10-minute walk from the Louvain-la-Neuve train station)

From the Louvain-la-Neuve train station, take the staircase located underground at the very end of the platform and turn left onto Rue des Wallons. Walk up the street, pass Place des Wallons, and continue straight up until you reach Place Galilée. Once you’re in front of the Media Library, turn right and walk between the Univers Santé and Cercle Agro buildings. Cross the Pont Neuf and turn left onto Rue du Compas, walking alongside Parking Lot P22. Turn right after the Carnoy building, just before Parking Lot P11, until you reach Place Croix-du-Sud. Once on the square, turn left facing the Club Agro toward the Boltzmann building and enter the Boltzmann building (not the De Serres building). Take the stairs or elevator up, then cross the walkway to reach the De Serres building: the main meeting rooms (Océan, Rivière, Toundra) are located on Level 0, and our offices are on Levels 2 and 3.

Get here by car (a 5-minute walk from the Parking Malin Baudouin)

Take the E411 highway to Exit 8a, Louvain-la-Neuve (center). As you exit the highway, keep right toward the roundabout and turn left onto the N4/N25, following signs for LLN Sud. At the second roundabout, turn right onto the N233 toward LLN center. Continue straight through the traffic light and turn left at the next roundabout to park at Parking Malin BAUDOUIN. From the Parking Malin, walk to the left of the Cyclotron building (with your back to the hockey club and the parking lot entrance). Walk along the side of the building, then head left down the pedestrian tunnel under the N233. At the Chaufferie, cross Avenue Théodore Schwann toward Chemin de la Chaufferie between parking lots P11 and P12. Head down toward the Boltzmann building and enter the Boltzmann building (not the De Serres building). Take the stairs or elevator up, then cross the footbridge to reach the De Serres building: the main meeting rooms (Océan, Rivière, Toundra) are located on Level 0, and our offices are on Levels 2 and 3.

Access for people with reduced mobility (0 minutes from the South Parking Lot P12)

You can access Level 0 of the De Serres building directly from the footbridge leading to the South Parking Lot P12. This parking lot, which is secured by barriers that require an access card, is normally not accessible to people outside UCLouvain: please feel free to contact us if you would like access to this parking lot during your visit. Upon entering the De Serres building via the footbridge, take the first right and pass the restrooms. The main meeting rooms (Océan, Rivière, Toundra) are located on the right and left after the hallway. Our offices are located on Levels 2 and 3 of the building: an elevator is accessible on the other side of the footbridge, located past the meeting rooms.
